Transnational Referral Certification
The goal of this certification is to prepare real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the Transnational Referral system developed by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations-ICREA. Students will learn how to integrate international referrals, resulting in increased income, into their business plans.
When you are involved in an international referral, as a referring or receiving agent, the Transnational Referral Certification demonstrates to other real estate professionals that you are well versed in the procedures of the Transnational Referral system, have pledged to follow a code of conduct in business dealings, and expect that compensation, paid in a timely manner, will be an integral part of the transaction.

CIPS Network
The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS¨, the world's largest trade association. Green Certified

The GCREP-GL Green Certification was originated in 2006 as the first level of The Real Estate Environmental and Energy Education Certification Series. The title is the Green Certified Real Estate Professional and Green Leadership is the first level. This certification series is exclusively for the real estate industry educating on energy efficiency, sustainability and green building relating to each of the 4 major disciplines, Real Estate Professionals, Appraisers, Inspectors and Mortgage Professionals. The series is being created and written in cooperation with leading experts and by the president of the company, a seasoned real estate professional with over 14 years of experience having completed 400 transactions in her career.

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries. Nearly 7,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation. Since the CCIM program was created in 1969, more than 15,000 commercial real estate professionals have earned the designation. CCIM Institute has taught more than 225,000 students since 1969.
Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
