Choosing 10 young commercial brokers to feature wasn't easy; competition is tough in South Florida. Here are another five who deserve at least an honorable mention:


Luciano Rappa

At age 32, Luciano Rappa co-owns Kaizen Realty Partners, which specializes in properties near Miami International Airport. He counts as his clients Pharmed Group, Delta Enterprises, PS Business Parks, Valls Group, Burger King Corp., Tamach Group, MOBO USA, Scorpion Air Cargo, Yamata USA and Univision Network. He is also a director of the Florida Association of Realtors and Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida, a governor of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Robert Meneses

Robert Meneses, 32, has been in commercial real estate since 1995, conducting transactions west of Miami International Airport and in Doral, Coral Gables, Medley and Hialeah. He is co-owner of Kaizen Realty Partners with Luciano Rappa. Meneses counts as his clients Turnberry and Associates, Cabi Developers, PS Business Parks, JAS Fowarding, Tamach Group, Valls Group and National Constructors. He is also a board member of the Industrial Association of Dade County.
