Czech Republic - Association of the Real Estate Offices of the Czech Republichas (ARK CR): ARK CR represents approximately 1,000 professionals throughout the Czech Republic on matters of professional interests before state and other authorities. It works to promote the professional growth of real estate agency employees in order to increase the level of service provided to consumers in the purchase, sale or exchange of real estate.
Denmark - Dansk Ejendomsmæglerforening (DE): DE represents 2,200 estate agents, which is approximately 95% of all practicing estate agents in Denmark, and works to safeguard its member's business interests.
Spain - Asociacion Empresarial de Gestion Inmobiliaria (AEGI): AEGI was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Madrid. Its membership is comprised of more than 80 major real estate firms and franchises and, representing 8,000 professionals throughout Spain.
Finland
Finland - Suomen Kiinteistönvälittäjäliitto (SKVL): Finnish Real Estate Agent's Association (SKVL) was founded in 1946, and has 13 local independent associations covering the whole country. Currently SKVL has approximately 410 member agencies, which represent about 1,000 real estate agents; about 60% of the total number of real estate agents in Finland. The members of SKVL represent over 40% of the housing sales made by real estate agents. SKVL’s primary objective is to promote the business of its members and to attend to the professional and social interests of its members. The organization also aims to increase professional skills and reputation of our real estate practitioners and further the local cooperation among the members.
France - Fédération Nationale de I'Immobilier (FNAIM): Organized in 1946, FNAIM brings together 8,000 agencies representing 37,000 real estate experts in the property sale, management expertise, and consultancy sectors.
Greece - Hellenic Association of Realtors (HAR): HAR was formed in 1999 by a group of leading Greek real estate agencies as the only national real estate body. Based in Athens, it has sub-quarters in the high population areas of Greece and on most of the larger islands.
Norway - Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents (NEF): NEF is a professional association of persons holding an Estate Agent's Certificate. With a membership of 1,150, NEF represents close to 100% of practicing Norwegian estate agents.
Portugal - Associação dos Profissionais das Empresas de Mediação Imobiliária de Portugal (APEMIP): Founded in 1978, APEMIP is the leading real estate association in Portugal, representing approximately 4,500 individual real estate professionals through is member companies, which account for 70% of all licensed real estate professionals in Portugal. These professionals are all involved in brokerage and handle a majority of all residential real estate transactions nationwide. Some company members also handle commercial transactions.
Poland - Polish Real Estate Federation (PREF): PREF is a professional organization that incorporates 27 regional associations with approximately 1,500 members, who are real estate and property management professionals or academics and real estate councilors.
Russia - Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR): RGR is the largest national association of real estate professionals, uniting brokers, developers, appraisers, financiers, insurers, mortgage experts, consultants, and property managers in all regions of Russia.
Sweden
Sweden - Mäklarsamfundet (Association of Swedish Real Estate Agents): Mäklarsamfundet is Sweden's trade organization for professional estate agents. Established in 1919, the Association aims at developing and ameliorating the estate agency service by service, education and authorization of individual estate agents.
United Kingdom - National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA): NAEA is dedicated to professionalism within estate agency and represents 10,000 agents nationwide who are bound by a vigorously enforced Code of Practice and adhere to professional Rules of Conduct.
