Kaizen Realty Partners is a full service real estate firm which specializes in Commercial properties, mainly in the Doral/Miami Airport West and surrounding markets.

Kaizen Realty Partners’ principals, Robert Meneses and Luciano Rappa, are two successful realtors, with 22 years of combined industry experience. They are both Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS), Members of the Master Brokers Forum, served as Governor of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB). Directors of the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF). In addition, Robert is President Elect of the FIU Real Estate Affinity Council, while Luciano is also Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) candidate,  Robert formerly a VP of WestVest Associates and Luciano also formerly of WestVest are both determined to provide some of the best commercial property opportunities business clients have seen in South Florida.

Meneses, who is a graduate from FIU in Real Estate and is both a licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker, feels their combined experience is going to make for a unique firm that will serve Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Martin counties.
